12 Hours Per Week | 2 Days Per Week | Weekday Schedule

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team at a well-maintained residential strata site in Gordon, NSW.

This is a part-time position offering 12 hours per week across two weekdays, with flexibility around which weekdays and start times are chosen.

The successful applicant will be responsible for keeping the residential site clean, safe and well-presented.

Work Schedule:

- 2 weekdays per week
- 6 hours per day
- 12 hours per week
- Work must be completed between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- The successful applicant can choose their preferred two weekdays and start time, subject to operational requirements
- Once the working days and start time are agreed, the roster will remain fixed

- St John's Wood, Gordon NSW

Please note that the site is approximately a 25-30 minute walk from Gordon Station, so having your own transport such as a car, bike or scooter is strongly preferred.

About the Role:

You'll help maintain the cleanliness and presentation of a residential strata site, ensuring common areas are kept safe, tidy and well-maintained.

Your duties will include

- Cleaning and maintaining common areas
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
- Cleaning foyers, hallways and stairwells
- Cleaning shared facilities and other designated areas
- Maintaining both indoor and outdoor areas
- Emptying bins and removing rubbish as required
- Reporting any maintenance issues, hazards or concerns
- Following site procedures and safety requirements
- Working independently once trained while maintaining high cleaning standards

What We're Looking For:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred,



but not essential
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing physical cleaning duties
- Comfortable working across indoor and outdoor areas
- Able to follow cleaning procedures and safety requirements
- Full Australian working rights
- Own transport preferred due to the site's location
