TAILOR MADE PHYSIOTHERAPY is an established practice in Pennant Hills. Our practice sees patients of all ages and walks of life. We are seeking a friendly, motivated, organised and enthusiastic person to join us in a part-time receptionist role. You will be an integral part of our team and the first point of contact for all patients and referrers.
CORE DUTIES: Reception duties, General running of the practice as well as accounts receivable and payable.
SELECTION CRITERIA: Positive organisational skills, customer service skills, and communication skills. Experience as a healthcare receptionist preferable but not essential for the right person.
Conveniently located close to public transport and shopping centre. The successful applicant will be expected to work other shifts on occasions, particularly on leave relief.
This is a part-time role, 8am to 3pm, three days a week, negotiable The successful applicant would be able to start in the role as soon as possible.
