We are seeking an energetic and proactive People & Talent Coordinator to join our team. This is a diverse role that combines recruitment, talent management and HR operations, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the full employee lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle support, talent programs and people initiatives that enable business success.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who loves recruitment but also enjoys the operational side of HR. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end talent acquisition, coordinating employee lifecycle activities, supporting people & culture programs, and contributing to strategic people initiatives that help build a high-performing workforce.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the centre of our recruitment and people operations activities.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
- Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategies.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Promote and strengthen our employer brand in the market.




- Track recruitment metrics and provide insights on attraction and hiring outcomes.
- Coordinate engaging onboarding and induction experiences for new employees.
- Support managers with probation reviews and employee integration.
- Prepare employment contracts and employment-related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and systems.
- Support compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
- Provide advice and support to managers on people processes and procedures.

You'll Bring

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, People & Culture or Human Resources.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong ability to source, attract and engage quality candidates.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers to achieve recruitment outcomes.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
