About the Role

We have two excellent opportunities available for experienced trainers or pharmacy professionals seeking a recent challenge to join our team. These hybrid roles can be based in either Abbotsford, Victoria or Murarrie, Queensland.

As a Training Consultant, you will deliver remote and in office training across your respective state and support the onboarding of customers using our pharmacy and retail solutions. This is a hands-on role that combines training delivery and customer onboarding, guiding customers from pre-installation through to go-live and beyond.

About You

You have a background in training or pharmacy and enjoy delivering engaging training and supporting customers.

You are a confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills, able to translate software functionality into practical customer outcomes. You thrive in a varied, quick-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities.

What you’ll do

- Deliver remote and on-site training tailored to customer workflows
- Support end-to-end customer onboarding, including pre-installation and post go-live follow-up
- Undertake pre-installation readiness activities and validate customer requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and installation activities with internal teams (Service Delivery, Technical Consultants, Sales)
- Develop and enhance training content (checklists, documentation, web help and videos) to support continuous improvement
- Provide post-installation support to reinforce training outcomes
- Contribute to continuous improvement across training delivery and customer experience

Essential Experience Required





- Experience with Fred pharmacy software (or similar systems)
- Training delivery experience or pharmacy qualification/background
- Experience delivering both remote and on-site training
- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, and competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Desirable Experience

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Experience in customer onboarding or implementation projects
- Exposure to retail or pharmacy operations at store and head office level
- Experience developing training materials (documentation, videos, digital learning resources)

Other Requirements

- Current driver’s licence
- Flexibility to work after hours during installations and occasional weekends
