I’m currently partnering with a leading national healthcare organisation that is expanding its community Physiotherapy services across the Gold Coast .
This is an excellent opportunity for a Physiotherapist looking for a role that combines clinical autonomy, flexibility and genuine support , while helping clients improve their mobility, confidence and independence within their own homes.
The Prospect
As a Community Physiotherapist, you’ll work with clients across a range of community and home-based programs, including Rehabilitation in the Home, Hospital in the Home, private services and Support at Home .
Your role will focus on delivering practical, person-centred Physiotherapy that supports rehabilitation, recovery and long-term independence.
Your responsibilities will include
- Completing Physiotherapy assessments within clients’ homes
- Developing individualised rehabilitation and exercise programs
- Supporting clients to improve strength, mobility, balance and function
- Falls prevention and mobility strategies
- Supporting clients following illness, injury or hospital admission
- Helping older Australians maintain their independence and remain living safely at home
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly
- Working collaboratively with nurses, care partners and other Allied Health professionals
The service has a strong focus on prevention, early intervention and reablement , with the prospect to see the meaningful impact your treatment has on clients in their everyday environment.
About You
I’d love to speak with Physiotherapists at all stages of their careers ,

You’ll need:
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Current Australian driver's licence and access to your own vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in rehabilitation and community-based care
- Confidence working autonomously while remaining connected to a broader clinical team
- Good organisation and time-management skills
