We're a locally owned and growing Plumbing & Excavation business based in Kempsey, servicing the Mid North Coast from Coffs Harbour to Bulahdelah. With work across residential maintenance, new home construction and excavation, no two days are the same.

Whether you're based in Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Taree, Coffs Harbour, or anywhere in between, we'd love to hear from you. A fully maintained company vehicle is provided, allowing you to work throughout the region with flexibility.

About the Role We're looking for an experienced Licensed Plumber to join our growing team.

You'll work across a diverse range of plumbing and excavation projects, including:

· Residential plumbing maintenance

· Drain clearing, repairs and replacements

· Hot water system repairs and installations

· Water leak detection and repairs

· Gas leak detection and gas fitting

· New home plumbing (internal and external)

· Renovations

· Septic system installations

· Water tank installations

· General excavation and earthworks

This is a hands-on role where you'll be trusted to deliver quality workmanship while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

What You'll Be Doing

· Attending residential properties to complete plumbing maintenance, repairs and installations

· Diagnosing plumbing issues and providing practical, long-term solutions

· Completing internal and external drainage works

· Rough-in of hot, cold and gas pipework

· Internal and external fit-off for new homes and renovations

· Installing septic systems





· Operating excavation machinery (or being willing to learn)

· Maintaining a high standard of workmanship on every job

· Building positive relationships with clients through qualified communication and service

· Working safely while representing the business with pride

What We're Looking For We're looking for a licensed plumber who is reliable, motivated and takes genuine pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, communicates well with customers, works safely, and takes a professional approach to every job.

You will also have

· Current NSW Plumbing Licence

· Current Driver Licence

· White Card (Construction Induction)

· Strong experience in residential plumbing maintenance and new home construction

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail (No Shortcuts)

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A commitment to providing exceptional customer service

· Basic computer skills and confidence using an iPad

· Good written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $34.35 – $62.43 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
