Anglicare is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Out of Home Care to provide person-centred, practical support to children, young people, parents and families across regional NSW. You will collaborate with managers, clinicians and local partners to promote safety, stability and positive outcomes while maintaining accurate records and following funding guidelines.
The role requires trauma-informed practice, solid communication, and a NSW driver licence with willingness to travel.
