What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the safe and successful delivery of electrical and automation projects across the water and wastewater sector.

Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources to achieve project objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.

Provide leadership, guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and pursue opportunities for improved project outcomes, innovation and business growth.

Contribute to Business Unit goals through effective planning, collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or a strong electrical industry background.

PMP or other formal Project Management qualification.

Strong project management experience within infrastructure or industrial environments.

Sound commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, contracts and performance outcomes.

Excellent organisational, planning and stakeholder management skills.

Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and build effective working relationships.

Construction White Card and current QLD Class C Driver's Licence.
