Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing financial statements (including GPFS) & income tax returns for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
- Preparation of BAS/ IAS, and other statutory compliance
- Managing Div 7A loans, GST, CGT and FBT matters
- Staying up to date with taxation and legislative changes
- Work closely with a supportive, collaborative and high-performing team
- Gain exposure to tax planning and business advisory, with opportunities to attend client meetings alongside senior team members
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years' experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or a related field
- Experience working with business and trust clients
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
- Current and ongoing working rights in Australia
