We're looking for an Internal Digital and Communications Advisor to join our Communications & Brand team on a 10-12 month contract. This is an prospect to take ownership of AFCA's intranet and employee digital experience, shaping how more than 1,500 employees connect, collaborate, access knowledge and stay informed.

If you're passionate about SharePoint, internal communications, digital content and creating intuitive online experiences, this is your chance to make a visible impact across the organisation.

You'll be responsible for helping transform AFCA's digital workplace, creating engaging content, improving knowledge sharing, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the way employees experience our digital channels every day.

This is initially a 10 (possibly 12) month contract.

What you'll be doing:





- Own and enhance content across AFCA's intranet, Knowledge Centre and employee-facing digital platforms.
- Create engaging news, campaigns, resources and communications that connect employees to what matters most.
- Build and maintain high-quality SharePoint pages and digital experiences that are intuitive, user-focused and visually engaging.
- Partner with teams across the organisation to turn complex information into clear, accessible content.
- Drive initiatives that improve how employees find, access and share information.
- Support organisation-wide communication and change initiatives through digital channels.
- Coach and support content owners to create high-quality, employee-focused content.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, content governance and user experience across AFCA's digital ecosystem.
