Skillinvest is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Pool Lifeguards to join the team at the Murtoa Swimming Pool for the upcoming summer season. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fun, community-focused environment while helping ensure the safety and enjoyment of pool patrons. Perfect for students and local residents, these casual summer positions offer valuable experience, flexible hours and the chance to make a positive contribution to the Murtoa community.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

- Supervising and monitoring pool activities
- Ensuring patron safety at all times
- Enforcing pool rules and workplace health and safety requirements
- Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid when required
- Conducting routine pool safety checks
- Assisting with the general presentation and upkeep of the pool and surrounding grounds
- Providing friendly and professional customer service to patrons

IS THIS YOU?

- A strong swimming ability and good level of physical fitness




- A responsible, reliable and safety-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Previous lifeguarding experience is desirable but not essential
