About The Opportunity

We are excited to be partnering with a growing transport and logistics company based in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs who are looking to appoint an experienced PM Shift Transport Supervisor to their operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced transport professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front and knows how to keep drivers, freight and daily operations moving.

You will take ownership of the PM shift, supporting drivers and operational staff while ensuring daily transport requirements are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Supervising and coordinating PM transport operations
- Leading, supporting and managing drivers throughout the shift
- Monitoring daily runs, allocations and delivery requirements
- Responding to operational changes, delays and issues as they arise
- Maintaining clear communication with drivers, customers and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and company safety procedures




- Managing shift handovers and ensuring accurate operational reporting
- Supporting a positive, accountable and safety-focused team culture

About You We are looking for someone who brings:

- Previous experience within transport, logistics, fleet operations or supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the confidence to manage drivers and operational challenges
- A solid understanding of transport compliance and CoR requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-moving environment
- Strong computer and transport system skills
- A hands-on attitude — you're someone who is happy to jump in and get things done!
