Tecside have a range of Process Worker opportunities available across Heathwood, Acacia Ridge, Rocklea and Staplyton.

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join manufacturing and production teams across a variety of industries. These roles offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across assembly, machine operations, production lines, pick packing, end-of-line processes, labouring and general manufacturing duties.

What You Could Be Doing:

- Working within manufacturing environments, including ducting assembly, end of line operations and preparation.
- Using hand and power tools safely when required.
- Supporting production teams with daily operations to ensure workflow and output targets are achieved.
- Assisting with assembly line processes and general manufacturing operations.
- Operating a forklift where required (current LF ticket required for forklift duties).




- Operating machinery and equipment where required (training provided where applicable).
- Completing quality checks, product preparation and end-of-line duties.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following all workplace procedures.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience using hand tools.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, labouring, warehousing or similar environments is highly regarded.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting up to 25kgs.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction.
- Strong commitment to Workplace Health & Safety.
- Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and drug screening If required
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work shifts of up to 10 hours, where required.
