The Roles

? Field Assistant

As a Field Assistant, you will support the Field Supervisor in coordinating and maintaining efficient work output across the various field teams. This role involves ensuring that stock is accurately positioned in the required locations within set timeframes, supporting smooth production flow. Previous nursery or horticultural experience desirable but not essential.

? Packing Assistant

As a Packing Assistant you'll play a key role in supporting the Packing Supervisor with day-to-day operations. The role involves a combination of administrative duties (20%) and active participation in field work (80%), ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of packing activities.



Responsibilities also include strict adherence to quality and biosecurity standards—all while meeting delivery timelines. Ideal for detail-oriented candidates with valuable math, time management, and computer skills.

Important Info

- Monday to Friday availability, varying start time depending on season (6:00am earliest in summer).

- Work continues rain or shine across a mix of environments - sheds, glasshouses, and outdoor areas.
