We're looking for experienced Production and Mixing Operators with a minimum of 2 years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production or machine operation to join our Minto manufacturing facility.

Our 12-hour roster gives you regular weekdays off throughout the month.

- 12-hour day and night shifts (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)

- Even rotation between day and night shifts

- Only one Saturday every three weeks

- 6 days off between roster cycles

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be part of the team responsible for producing some of Australia's most iconic ice cream brands.

- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment

- Keep production running safely, efficiently and to quality standards

- Perform changeovers, inspections and equipment checks

- Identify and troubleshoot minor process issues

- Support food safety, GMP and continuous improvement activities

- Work with a high-performing team to deliver world-class products enjoyed by millions of consumers

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' experience in FMCG, manufacturing, production, processing or machine operation

- Strong commitment to safety and quality

- Reliable with a strong attendance record

- Comfortable working rotating day and night shifts

- Team-focused with a positive attitude
