From our manufacturing facility in Glendenning, NSW, we support veterinarians, producers and animal owners across Australia, New Zealand, and a growing number of international markets.
The Project Administrator will report to the Head of Customer Operations and will be responsible for the following:
· Deliver excellent customer service to Australian and New Zealand customers.
· Process orders accurately within agreed service levels.
· Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
· Coordinate conference orders, communications and product updates.
· Maintain SAP customer and product data.
· Improve customer processes and implement practical solutions.
· Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Supply Chain.
· Own demand planning and maintain monthly forecasts in Forecast Pro and SAP.
· Monitor forecast accuracy and drive ongoing improvement.
· Identify forecast risks, supply constraints and variances, escalating as needed.
· Prepare demand planning reports for the monthly S&OP; process.
· Coordinate commercial projects from initiation to implementation.
· Develop project plans, timelines and stakeholder communications.
· Track milestones and manage project risks.
· Coordinate cross-functional activities for successful delivery.
· Support new systems, process improvements and commercial initiatives.
· Improve commercial processes and customer outcomes.
· Report insights on customer experience, demand planning and commercial performance.
· Support continuous improvement across Customer Experience and Commercial Operations.
Successful applicants must have
· Degree in Project Management
· Experience with SAP B1
· High attention to detail
