Construction Project Manager (Residential) | South East Melbourne

We're looking for a high-performing Project Manager to take ownership of one of our major South East Melbourne projects.

This is more than a traditional Project Manager role. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Site Managers, driving project performance, maintaining key developer relationships and ensuring exceptional results across Safety, Quality, Build Time and ETO.

About the Role

Reporting to the Building Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Overall delivery and performance of a major residential construction project.

- Leading, coaching and developing Site Managers.

- Managing Stage 1 construction activities through to frame delivery.

- Overseeing Stage 2 delivery performance through your Site Manager team.

- Managing project workloads and overflow jobs to optimise Site Manager performance.

- Driving KPI outcomes across Safety, Quality, Build Time and ETO.

- Leading developer and stakeholder communications.

- Delivering project performance reporting to both Buildlab leadership and developer partners.





- Representing Buildlab as the key on-site contact for all project stakeholders.
