Some people see a spreadsheet. You see the story behind it.

Some people see a strategic plan. You see what needs to happen next.

And when a project starts to drift, you’re the person who notices, asks the right questions and helps get things moving again.

We’re looking for a Project Analyst – Strategic Projects who can bring together commercial thinking, data, project discipline and a great deal of personality to help turn our strategic priorities into meaningful outcomes for society’s most vulnerable.

Working closely with our Executive team and senior leaders, you’ll have visibility across some of our organisation’s most important initiatives. You’ll help keep projects moving, make sense of the data, connect the dots between initiatives and provide the insight and structure our leaders need to deliver.

A day on the job includes:

- Keeping our strategic initiatives visible, moving and on track — monitoring milestones, actions, risks and outcomes.
- Turning qualitative project outcomes into data and insights that help Executives make better decisions.
- Creating sharp, meaningful reports and dashboards that tell the story of what’s happening — not just what the numbers say.
- Bringing structure and momentum to projects, particularly when priorities are competing or the path forward isn't always clear.
- Helping prepare and coordinate strategy workshops and project update meetings — making sure the actions that come out of them don’t disappear.
- Using Excel extensively to analyse, track and present information. If you know your way around Power BI too, even better.

About you

- You might be an accountant, finance professional,

commercial analyst, business partner, business analyst or project analyst. Your background matters less to us than how you think and how you work with people.
- You’re analytical and commercially minded, but you don’t want to spend all day behind a spreadsheet. You like getting in front of problems, connecting the dots and working out what needs to happen next.
- You’re naturally curious, organised and good at bringing clarity to complexity. You enjoy people, build relationships easily and can hold your own with senior Executives, explaining complex information in a way that makes sense.
- You’re confident enough to speak up, challenge thinking and put forward a great idea — but humble enough to listen, take direction and change course when needed. You know when to focus on the big picture and when the detail matters.
- You've had previous exposure to projects, whether it's ICT, construction, mining, property, maintenance, acquisitions, mergers, or any other complex activity with transparent milestones and deliverables.
- You’ll bring experience working with strategic initiatives, transformation or business improvement, and you’re an Excel guru. Power BI experience is a bonus.

What’s in it for you?

- Pay: Competitive salary,

plus NFP salary packaging giving you the potential to gain $15,900 in tax benefits
- Leave: 23 days annual leave. That’s 3 days more thanthe standard 4 weeks!
- Location: Based in East Perth, right next to the Claisebrook train station. Plus, our office is co-located with our residences, offering a unique workplace where you see our impact in the lives of others every day.
- Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Career development: Training, accessible leaders, growth and advancement opportunities
- Culture: Exceptional workplace culture – we work hard and have fun while we do it!
