Our client is a premium furniture manufacturer with an established Sydney-based operation. This is an administrative, office-based role sitting across two key streams, sales support and pre-site project management, working cross-functionally across the broader team. You'll be responsible for turning client requirements into accurate quotes, drawings and orders, while also coordinating project managers to keep projects moving smoothly ahead of installation.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate itemised, market-facing proposals and quotes, formatted to allow cost tracking against plan.
- Request intercompany purchase quotes to support client-facing proposals.
- Produce shop drawings in AutoCAD and product pages in pCon for client approval, and manufacture drawings for production sign-off.
- Process sales orders in SAP, raising item codes as required.
- Raise purchase orders to local and international suppliers for stock components, delivery and installation.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team on invoicing once sales orders are ready to close out.
- Prepare operation and maintenance manuals for handover, in line with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate project managers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Support bookings for service calls and client day-to-day requests, such as modifications to existing office settings.

Skills & Experience

- Experience in a project coordination, estimating or sales support role, ideally within furniture, joinery or a related industry.




- Confident using AutoCAD and similar drawing/estimating software.
- Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system is highly regarded.
- Highly organised, with solid attention to detail across quoting, documentation and order processing.
- Comfortable coordinating across sales, project management and production teams.
- Clear communicator, able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines at once.
