Sydney | Up to $210k Package | Design to Completion
A leading national Tier 2 head contractor has secured a brand-recent Sydney project and is looking for a strong Project Engineer to join the team from the early design stages.
This is a great opportunity for an Engineer who wants to get onto a project at the beginning and see it right through to completion — rather than joining halfway through and inheriting someone else's problems.
Why this role?
- Brand-new project – join from day one and take it from design through to completion
- Up to $210k package + genuine pathway towards Senior Project Engineer / Project Manager
- National Tier 2 builder with a strong Sydney pipeline and long-term career opportunities
The Role As Project Engineer, you'll take ownership of key packages and work closely with the wider delivery team across:
- Design coordination and consultant management
- Procurement and subcontractor packages
- RFIs, ITPs, QA and technical documentation
- Programming and coordination of works
- Cost tracking and variations
- Subcontractor and stakeholder management
- Site delivery, commissioning and handover
About You We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer with an Australian head contractor
- Strong understanding of construction methodology and project delivery
- Experience across commercial, industrial, education, health or similar construction projects
- Good communication skills and confidence managing subcontractors and consultants
- Construction-related degree or relevant qualification
- Ambition to take on more responsibility and continue progressing
If you're a Project Engineer looking for a fresh project, strong builder and the opportunity to be involved from day one, this is well worth a conversation.
