Part-Time Operations Support Administrator - Eastern Creek

Eastern Creek | $38.89 per hour + super | 20 Hours per Week | 12-Month Contract

We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Operations Support Administrator to join a busy warehouse operation based in Eastern Creek.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Assisting with day-to-day pallet management and tracking

n

Maintaining accurate pallet records and movements

n

Completing general data entry and system updates

n

Assisting with operational and delivery bookings

n

Providing customer service and responding to delivery enquiries

n

Advising customers on the status and location of their deliveries

n

Following up on discrepancies and updating relevant records

n

Providing general administrative support to the warehouse operations teamAbout You

n





Previous administration, logistics, warehouse or transport experience is highly regarded

n

Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

n

Confident communicating with customers via phone and email

n

Good computer and systems skills

n

Strong organisational and time-management skills

n

Reliable, proactive and comfortable working in a warehouse setting

n

Pallet management experience is advantageousWhat s On Offer
