PortBIM is an MEP&F; design and BIM engineering company founded in 2013. Alongside PortBIM, we are developing BIMix - a software ecosystem for BIM, Revit and engineering automation. Our goal is to grow locally and expand into European and U.S. markets.

Position Overview

n

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Assistant to work closely with management. This is an assistant/junior role with strong growth potential. You do not need to be a BIM expert, but you must be willing to learn our products and industry. Technical training and support will be provided.

Requirements

n

n
- Strong English and Russian; German is an advantage.
n
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong early-career candidates may also apply.
n
- Confident communication, research and presentation skills.
n
- Persistent, proactive and comfortable contacting new people and companies.
n
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, digital tools and professional networking.
n
- Willingness to learn BIM, Revit, MEP, AEC software and design automation.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Support PortBIM and BIMix business-development activities and gradually participate in client/partner meetings.
n
- Find and contact potential MEP, architecture, construction, BIM and engineering companies locally and internationally.
n




- Grow the BIMix integrator/partner network and connect with Revit/BIM specialists, trainers, bloggers and influencers.
n
- Create and manage LinkedIn, WhatsApp and Telegram qualified communities.
n
- Support LinkedIn and social-media activity for PortBIM, BIMix and management; coordinate posts, news, projects and events.
n
- Help prepare pitch decks, product presentations, promo/demo videos and website updates.
n
- Research business plans, competitors, target markets, freelance platforms and international growth opportunities.
n
- Monitor suitable tenders and procurement opportunities, including etender.gov.az.
n
- Track leads and follow-ups, and actively bring new opportunities to management instead of waiting for instructions.

This role is designed for long-term development: Assistant -> Specialist -> Business Development Manager. As your knowledge and performance grow, you will receive more responsibility and independence.
