About the Role

n

The Managed Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide dedicated support to FUJIFILMMicroChannel'skey customer accounts which will include desktop, server and cloud support, network troubleshooting, projectdeploymentsand expert advice.

n

What You'll Do

n

n
- Deploying both Cloud and on Premise based infrastructure solutions.
n
- Troubleshooting desktop and server problems, maintaining and support of server hardware and software.
n
- Serving as an escalation point for various technologies; BAU L3 Support.
n
- Attend account meetings, provide on-site training for staff, andassistwith developing IT strategies.
n
- Presales, writing SoWs and other relevant documents.
n
- Oversee the project life cycle: Delivery,implementationand handover/knowledge-transfer to Helpdesk.
n
- Writing documents and manuals around technology deployment and best practices.
n
- Training,mentoringand developing junior team member.
n
- Stakeholder mapping,managementand communications.
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- 5+ years' experience in a Level 3 Systems Engineer role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
n
- Solid technicalexpertiseacross Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop platforms.
n
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
n
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and Internet connectivity.
n
- Experience supporting enterprise server hardware,



storage, virtualization, and backup solutions.
n
- Hands-on experience with firewalls, security technologies, and cyber security best practices.
n
- Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent industry qualifications.
n
- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
n
- Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and security/compliance solutions.
n
- Exposure to Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, and hybrid cloud environments.
n
- ITIL certification and experience delivering projects within an MSP environment.
n
