About the Role
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our Corporate Services team and play a pivotal role in delivering business-critical projects across our organisation.
As Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across The BUSY Group, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to drive business improvement, organisational change, systems implementation and integration initiatives. Working from project initiation through to implementation and operational handover, you'll coordinate activities, manage risks, maintain governance and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will also play a key role in strengthening project delivery capability across the organisation through the ongoing development and adoption of practical project management frameworks and processes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end delivery of strategic business, technology and improvement projects.
- Managing project plans, timelines, stakeholders, governance and reporting activities.
- Developing and enhancing project management frameworks, tools and delivery standards.
- Monitoring project risks,
dependencies, resources and outcomes to ensure successful delivery.
- Preparing executive-level reporting, project dashboards and status updates for key stakeholders.
- Projects may include: Corporate Services initiatives
- Systems and technology implementations
- Merger and acquisition integration activities
- Operating model alignment projects
- Shared service initiatives
- Business improvement projects
- Organisational process standardisation initiatives
This is a 6-month fixed term contract commencing 2nd November 2026, with potential extension based on project portfolio requirements and business needs, based in our Southport office. Why BUSY?

About You You'll be an experienced Project Manager who can confidently navigate complex projects and bring people together to achieve shared goals.
You'll bring
- Experience managing projects from initiation through to implementation
- Experience delivering strategic business, technology or improvement projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Experience developing project methodologies, frameworks or templates
- Strong project governance, reporting and risk management capabilities
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, Planner, DevOps, Smartsheet, Monday.com or similar
- Exposure to mergers and acquisitions integration activities, Target Operating Model planning, and business process improvement initiatives
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent
