Northern Star Resources currently has an opportunity for two Capital Projects Supervisors to join our team at Jundee. Reporting to the Capital Projects Manager, these roles will provide dedicated project execution and statutory supervision capability, ensuring capital projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with operational requirements. What you can look forward to:

- Take accountability for the safe and efficient execution of approved Capital Projects.
- Fulfil statutory supervisor obligations, including S26 requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Manage day-to-day contractor performance, site coordination and project delivery activities.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues identified throughout execution.
- Coordinate commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.

Where you'll add value:

- Proven experience delivering mining projects within an operational environment.
- Strong contractor management and project execution capability, with a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
- Experience supporting project planning, estimating and budgeting activities.
- Adaptable and capable of responding effectively to changing site priorities and conditions.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to develop practical project solutions and progress into broader project management responsibilities.
- Trade or engineering qualifications supported by practical project delivery and contractor management experience.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively with operations, contractors and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Relevant trade, construction supervision or Tertiary Engineering qualification in Mining or Civil.




- S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification.
- Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence.
- Western Australian Construction White Card
