Property Lawyer | 2 to 4 Years PQE A compelling opportunity has arisen for a 2–4 PQE Property Lawyer to join a highly regarded commercial law practice with a strong and growing property offering.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and work on a diverse range of high-quality property matters. You will join a collaborative and high-performing team where you will work closely with experienced senior lawyers while having meaningful exposure to clients, agents and other key stakeholders.

The role offers genuine variety across commercial, retail and development property, including leasing transactions, agreements for lease and pre-commitments, acquisitions and disposals, property development, subdivisions and easements, off-the-plan matters, owners corporation advice and property aspects of broader corporate transactions. You will also have exposure to property due diligence, transaction support and general advisory matters, including lease interpretation and title issues.

Importantly, this is a role where you will be encouraged to take ownership of your work and progressively take carriage of matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical capability quickly, build strong client relationships and gain valuable commercial experience, with appropriate guidance and mentoring from senior lawyers.

About You:

We are looking for a property lawyer who is technically capable, commercially minded and keen to continue building their career in a quality property practice.

Ideally, you will bring:

- 2–4 years' post-admission experience in property law.
- Solid experience across commercial property transactions, ideally including leasing and/or development work.
- A strong client service focus and confidence dealing with clients, agents and counterparties.
- The ability to work autonomously, while knowing when to seek guidance and working collaboratively with senior lawyers.
- Excellent communication, drafting and organisational skills.
- A proactive approach to learning, taking ownership and developing your practice.
- An interest in business development, networking and building your professional profile.
- Experience with PEXA; SPEAR experience would be advantageous.
- A strong understanding of matter management, time recording and fee budgets.
