About the Role
As our Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio and providing exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
- Coordinating and overseeing maintenance requests
- Conducting routine inspections and preparing reports
- Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
- Handling arrears management
- Processing vacating tenancies and end-of-lease procedures
- Coordinating bond claims and final inspections
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Delivering outstanding customer service to landlords and tenants

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Property Management experience or experience within similar management role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and time management abilities
- A proactive and positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (desirable)
- A current driver's licence
