We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Property Manager to join Purpose Real Estate, Coast2Bay Housing Group’s wholly owned real estate business, as we continue to grow our rent roll.

This is a varied, people-focused role with negotiable hours, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive team with a strong culture and transparent social impact.

The successful applicant will play an important role in delivering reliable and skilled property management services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a property portfolio across the full property management cycle, including leases, letting, rent roll administration, maintenance coordination and accurate record keeping
- Conduct routine inspections, entry condition reports and exit inspections
- Build positive, respectful and solutions-focused relationships with tenants, landlords, contractors and other stakeholders
- Respond promptly to tenant and landlord enquiries
- Coordinate repairs, maintenance requests and contractor engagement
- Support quality assurance, compliance, process improvement

What You'll Bring

- Current Real Estate Registration Certificate, with 1–2 years’ experience in property management
- Confidence using property management systems,



digital tools and mobile devices; experience with Console Cloud, Inspection Express or similar platforms will be highly regarded
- Strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a busy environment
- A skilled, reliable and proactive approach, with sound judgement and a commitment to excellent service
- A willingness to learn, adapt, contribute ideas and support colleagues in a collaborative team environment
