If you have experience in real estate or hold a Certificate of Registration and are eager to grow with a growing team, within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The Role:

· Managing a portfolio of properties in the Maitland / Hunter Valley / Newcastle areas

· Handle rental inquiries via phone

· Support the team with processing tenancy applications and conducting tenant checks

· Conduct 'open home' and routine inspections.

· Prepare detailed ingoing and outgoing property condition reports

· Provide general support to the property management team

What We’re Looking For:





· Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

· Experience in real estate/property management

· Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively

· Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

· Robust verbal and written communication skills

· Professional and presentable

· Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

· A passion for providing exceptional customer service and enthusiasm
