About the role

List and sell residential property for Harcourts Coastline, servicing Heybridge to Hawley Beach and everywhere in between. You prospect, appraise, market and negotiate the sale of our clients greatest life investments, providing the finest experience in real estate through to settlement, nurturing clients for life.

Key responsibilities

- List and sell residential property based in our Devonport office

- Follow a structured prospecting plan daily

- Run appraisals, open homes and negotiations through to settlement

- Be a team player, embodying our values - people first, fun and laughter, doing the right thing, and being courageous

- Use the lead roster, the marketing kitty and AI tools, and bring your best self to sales meetings and 1:1s

About you

- A sales record where you nurtured your clients in real estate or any other industry

- Current Tasmanian Property Representative registration, or the willingness to sit the exam

- Current driver's licence and a reliable car

- Deep community ties on the North West Coast, or the intent to build them

- Availability for Saturdays and some evenings

- Competitive, resilient and coachable
