We did something a little different before writing this ad.
We asked our team and leaders to describe the kind of psychologist who genuinely thrives at Solution—not simply the person with the longest CV, but someone whose values, attitude and ambitions align with ours.
Their answers were remarkably consistent.
Now we’re turning the question around: What does your ideal workplace look like?
If who you are and what we’re building sound like a match, we should talk.
You’ll thrive at Solution if you:
- Care deeply about clients and the quality of your work
- Take ownership of your work, development and career
- Welcome feedback and use it to keep improving
- Ask for help when you need it and act on the guidance you receive
- Respond to challenges with reflection, curiosity and a focus on solutions
- Are reliable, adaptable and proactive
- Share your knowledge and contribute beyond your own caseload
- Bring warmth, positive energy and a genuine desire to see the whole team succeed
