Ezytrail is an established Australian recreational vehicle business specialising in caravans and camper trailers, supported by a national network of branches and dealers.

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our Production &

Quality Department and drive product quality and continuous improvement across our operations.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Production & Quality, you will manage Ezytrail's quality assurance systems and ensure caravans, components and finished products meet required quality, workmanship and product standards.

You will identify and investigate quality issues, manage corrective actions and work closely with internal teams, manufacturers and suppliers to improve product quality and ensure finished products meet Ezytrail's standards before delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain quality assurance systems, standards and procedures.

 Establish product quality, inspection and acceptance standards.

 Manage quality assurance processes for finished products prior to release and sale.

 Monitor defects, non-conformities, warranty issues and customer feedback to identify recurring quality problems.

 Conduct root-cause investigations and implement corrective and preventative actions.





 Work with manufacturers and suppliers to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.

 Conduct quality audits and monitor corrective actions.

 Work with production, technical, warranty and after-sales teams to drive continuous improvement.

 Monitor and report on product quality performance.

About You

 Relevant qualification in quality management, engineering, manufacturing or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

 Experience in quality assurance or quality management within a manufacturing or product-based environment.

 Experience with quality systems, audits, defect management and corrective actions.

 Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

 Experience working with manufacturers and suppliers.

 Automotive, caravan, RV or similar manufacturing experience is highly regarded.

 Knowledge of ISO quality systems and/or experience with overseas manufacturers will be advantageous.
