About the Role

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of white-collar positions. You'll work closely with clients and candidates, generating new business opportunities while delivering an exceptional recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Source, screen and interview candidates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct business development and identify new opportunities
- Advertise roles and proactively search talent pools
- Manage candidate and client communications
- Achieve recruitment and sales targets
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements
- Maintain accurate CRM and recruitment database records

About You

- Previous recruitment experience, either white-collar or blue-collar
- Strong sales and business development mindset




- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first approach
