Workfast is looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator to join our Brisbane team. This is a temporary contract until the end of 2026.

- $40 to $45 per hour + super (based on experience)

Ideal candidates will have a proven background and experienced within the labour hire and blue collar recruitment sector working across industries such as civil, construction, rail, mining or manufacturing. Workfast provide recruitment solutions to some of the biggest Tier 1 construction, civil, rail, mining and infrastructure projects across Australia. As an innovative labour hire company we pride ourselves on the quality of the workers we send out and the efficiency in which we do this.

About you

- At least 1 years experience in a labour hire recruitment position
- Experience with resourcing for candidates
- Experience with onboarding candidates to site
- Proven track record with managing multiple roles and candidates
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Willing team player who can work with our team to drive Workfast to further success
- Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

What you'll be doing

- Resourcing for candidates
- Screening resumes, qualifications and experience of candidates

- Interviewing candidates
- Carrying out reference checks, organising medicals, training and inductions
- Ensuring workers are compliant before going to site
- Maintain a database of candidates
