About the Role:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll join a high-energy team that thrives on creativity, celebrates success, and supports each other every step of the way.

Reporting to the Manager, you’ll autonomously assist recruitment across North America by joining our high-volume campaigns, sourcing and screening candidates, being involved with engaging social media strategies, and working closely with the Recruitment Specialists.

This role is based at our new Applecross location.

Working hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment of blue collar role
- Assist with finding passive candidates through various platforms
- Pre-screening candidates and cold caling
- Assist with employment offers and onboarding processes
- Working closely with the recruitment and visa team
- Collaborate with marketing on recruitment campaigns
- Administrative and reporting tasks

Skills & Experience:

- Customer service or administrative experience with a can-do attitude! No prior recruitment experience required
- Have good attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication,



interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Eager to grow and learn
- Active, helpful and contributing team member with a robust work ethic, positive outlook and friendly disposition
- Capable of managing a multitude of tasks and priorities to ensure deliverables are met
- Intermediate MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Valid C class driver license
