We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join an aged care team in Canberra on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
- Complete clinical assessments and care planning
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
- Support and guide care staff in delivering quality resident care
- Participate in clinical handovers and care reviews
- Ensure compliance with relevant aged care, clinical and workplace standards
About You
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to person-centred care
- Reliable and professional approach
- Current police check and relevant compliance documentation
