Elouera Home Support is seeking a compassionate, experienced and community-minded Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team delivering in-home nursing and community care services.

This casual role is well suited to an RN who enjoys working directly with people in their own homes, values flexibility, and is comfortable providing care through shorter community-based visits as well as longer shifts where required.

We are particularly interested in nurses who are flexible with their availability, willing to travel between different service areas, and genuinely enjoy supporting clients to remain safe and independent at home.

About the Role As a Community Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care and health support to clients in their homes and within the community.

Depending on client needs, services may range from short clinical visits to longer nursing supports. For this reason, we are looking for an RN who is comfortable with a flexible community roster and travelling between client locations.

Your responsibilities may include

- Conducting health and wellbeing assessments
- Developing and reviewing individualised care plans
- Medication management and administration
- Wound care and other clinical treatments
- Monitoring chronic conditions and changes in health status
- Supporting clients following hospital discharge
- Providing education and guidance to clients and families
- Liaising with GPs,



allied health professionals and care coordinators
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Identifying and escalating clinical concerns appropriately
- Supporting protected, respectful and person-centred care in the home

The role involves working independently in clients’ homes while maintaining strong communication with our office and care coordination team.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for an RN who is:

- Passionate about community-based care
- Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes
- Flexible and open to shorter nursing visits
- Willing to travel across different suburbs and service areas
- Reliable and responsive to communication
- Confident in clinical assessment and decision-making
- Organised and able to manage documentation effectively
- Respectful, compassionate and person-centred in their approach
- Interested in building ongoing relationships with clients in the community

This role may particularly suit an RN looking to supplement existing employment, return to community nursing, or build flexible casual hours around other commitments. Minimum Requirements To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Recognised nursing qualifications
- Current National Police Check




- Current Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Ability and willingness to travel between client homes
