The clinic provides accessible healthcare to patients who may otherwise experience barriers to accessing mainstream healthcare, including people who are unable to access services due to their Medicare or visa circumstances.

For patients who cannot access Medicare, PHN-funded services allow the clinic to provide consultations on a pro bono basis. The clinic also supports a culturally diverse patient population, with TIS interpreter services available to assist patients who require language support.

The Role

- Total remuneration package valued at $300K+ FTE
- Approximately 30 hours per week across 4 days
- Full-time or part-time options available
- Versatile working arrangements
- Potential for flexible start/finish times, including 8am-4pm or 9am-4pm
- Approximately 16-18 patients per day, depending on appointment mix
- Longer consultations and a lower-pressure clinical environment

- No requirement to focus on maximising patient numbers

The Practice

You will work within a multidisciplinary environment with:

- Registered Nurse support
- Administration team
- Practice Manager
- Onsite pathology
- Mental health practitioners
- Visiting psychiatrist
- Physiotherapist
- Exercise physiologist
- Acupuncture therapist
- Dietitian
- Allied health services available onsite

The Criteria

- Unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Eligible to work in a MMM1 location
- No supervision or registration restrictions
- Eligible to work without a 19AB exemption
