As our Venue General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this landmark venue to life. From pre-opening planning and team recruitment through to launch and ongoing operations, you'll shape the culture, guest experience and commercial success of a venue built to set a new benchmark for social entertainment.
We're looking for an exceptional leader with a strong hospitality background, proven commercial acumen and a passion for developing high-performing teams. You'll inspire a large leadership team, create memorable guest experiences and drive outstanding results across food and beverage, attractions, events and entertainment.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading all aspects of venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and solid commercial outcomes
- Building, coaching and developing a high-performing leadership team and venue culture
- Driving food and beverage excellence across multiple bars, dining and event offerings
- Delivering financial performance through effective planning, forecasting and cost management
- Creating a sales-through-service culture that maximises revenue while putting guests first
- Maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, presentation and operational excellence
What You'll Bring
- Proven success leading large, complex hospitality, entertainment or leisure venues
- Strong food and beverage leadership experience with a track record of commercial results
