As our Head Chef, you'll take ownership of all kitchen operations, leading a talented team to deliver exceptional food experiences across casual dining, group bookings, corporate events and celebrations. From building team culture and driving food quality to managing costs and executing standout menus, you'll play a key role in defining the guest experience from the very beginning.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded kitchen leader who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about developing people, maintaining high standards and delivering memorable food experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Leading all day-to-day kitchen operations and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation
- Executing venue menus and creating weekly specials that delight guests and drive performance
- Delivering high-volume food service across restaurant trade, events, functions and group bookings
- Recruiting, mentoring and developing a high-performing kitchen team
- Driving food safety, allergen management and compliance standards
- Managing labour,



inventory, ordering and food costs to achieve strong financial outcomes
- Championing menu launches, promotions and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-volume hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing successful teams
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, compliance and kitchen best practice
- Experience managing budgets, rostering, stock control and cost of goods
- A passion for delivering exceptional food experiences at scale
- The energy and ambition to be part of an exciting new venue opening
