Geelong-based MSP is seeking a Level 2/3 Support Engineer to join a permanent role starting ASAP. Based at their Geelong office, the successful candidate will handle complex client issues and help maintain IT infrastructure.
You will work across Azure, Windows Server, Exchange and virtualization, with a focus on customer service and proactive system support. A tertiary IT qualification and relevant certifications are advantageous, and a valid driver's license is required.
