Role Description
The Real Estate Sales Consultant is a full-time role based in Miami, QLD. This role involves prospecting and generating new listing opportunities, conducting property appraisals, and building lasting relationships with property owners, buyers, and local community members. The consultant will manage end-to-end sales processes, including listing presentations, marketing campaigns, open homes, private inspections, buyer follow-up, and negotiation of contracts. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in the agency’s CRM and ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Full administration support and personal mentoring is provided. The role also includes collaborating with the principal and team members, staying up to date with local market trends, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales practices and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Real Estate Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, secure listings, and close transactions.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, relationship building, and clear, professional communication.
- Candidates should possess sound Real Estate knowledge, including local market trends, property marketing methods, and contract and transaction processes.
- Candidates should possess the ability to deliver and participate in Training, including sharing best practices with colleagues and engaging in ongoing career development.
- Valid real estate sales registration or license in Queensland (or eligibility to obtain one promptly) is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple properties and client interactions simultaneously.
- Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems, and the ability to prepare professional marketing presentations and documentation.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary for inspections and client meetings.
