We are looking for an Active Directory SME for a long term contract job chance in Sydney.

All applicants must hold valid unrestricted work rights in Australia.

Title: Active Directory SME
Location: Sydney
Type: Contract (6 months + extension)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in office in a week)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Analyze and prioritize Active Directory vulnerabilities identified through security assessment and vulnerability management tools.
- Perform root cause analysis and assess the security, operational, and business impact of reported AD vulnerabilities.
- Develop remediation plans and detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for addressing AD security weaknesses
- Lead remediation of vulnerabilities related to Domain Controllers, Group Policies,



Privileged Accounts, Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP, and AD infrastructure
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, IAM, Server, and Application teams to coordinate and execute remediation activities
- Validate remediation effectiveness through testing, rescanning, evidence collection, and compliance reporting
- Provide technical guidance, governance, and continuous improvement recommendations to strengthen the overall Active Directory security posture.
