We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive continued business success.

Salary Range: $80,000 to $85,000 per annum + superannuation

Role: Full-time

Location: Bankstown, NSW 2200

Main Duties:

·Organise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficient and consistent performance.

·Determine and monitor stock levels, product requirements and service standards.

·Manage inventory control, stock ordering and wastage to support operational and financial targets.

·Formulate and implement purchasing, pricing, promotional and local marketing strategies.

·Monitor sales performance, financial transactions, operating costs and store budgets.

·Recruit, train, supervise and roster staff, monitor performance, and maintain an effective and productive working environment.

·Maintain high standards of customer service and respond effectively to customer feedback and complaints.

·Ensure compliance with food safety,



workplace health and safety, franchisor requirements and company policies and procedures.

·Coordinate store operations during peak trading periods and promotional campaigns to maintain product quality, order accuracy and service standards.

·Work closely with the Franchisee regarding store performance, operational requirements and business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in retail, store management, quick-service restaurant, or a similar environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Sound understanding of inventory control, staff management, and day-to-day store operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
- Strong decision-making, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
