Role Opportunity
An outstanding prospect for an experienced Project Portfolio Manager to act as the operational second-in-command for a significant sustaining capital portfolio. Reporting to the Superintendent of Sustaining Capital Projects, you will oversee day-to-day portfolio delivery, lead a team of Project Managers, and ensure budget, safety and performance outcomes are achieved.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- End-to-end capital projects experience
- Degree qualified (Mechanical Engineer)
- Gold plant experiences
- Portfolio budget management expertise
- Investment committee presentation experience
- Solid leadership and safety focus
- Highly proactive and accountable approach

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day portfolio operations across processing plant
- Manage annual portfolio expenditure
- Present to investment committees
- Drive safety and performance culture
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risks
