Position Title: Painter

Salary: $40 per hour + superannuation

Location: Gold Coast, Queensland

About the Role

Our client George & Company Painting Services is looking for a reliable and experienced Painter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and finishing work across residential and/or commercial projects.

Potential sponsorship available to eligible candidate.

Tasks and Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching and filling as required.
- Apply paints, primers, stains and protective coatings using brushes, rollers and spray equipment.
- Complete interior and exterior painting works to a high standard.
- Protect furniture, flooring and surrounding areas before commencing work.
- Repair cracks,



holes and surface imperfections.
- Ensure clean and professional finishes with attention to detail.
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe.
- Complete projects within agreed timeframes and maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of previous work experience as a Painter.
- Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Must have your own reliable car/vehicle.
- Must have your own painting tools and equipment.
- Must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
