About the opportunity

As a Talent Attraction Business Partner in this 12-month fixed term contract, you'll support our Network Operations portfolio and partner with senior leaders across Australia Post to shape hiring decisions that impact one of Australia's largest operational workforces. This opportunity is open to Melbourne and or Sydney based applicants.

This is more than a traditional recruitment role. You'll be a trusted advisor to General Managers, Heads Of and senior stakeholders, providing market intelligence, talent insights and strategic recruitment solutions across critical hiring needs. From senior-level searches and organisational change initiatives to workforce planning and talent mapping, you'll influence outcomes and help secure the talent needed to deliver for our customers and communities.

You'll also

- Partner with senior leaders across Network Operations, providing strategic recruitment advice, market insights and talent solutions aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for contract and senior-level roles, managing complex stakeholder groups and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Develop talent mapping, market intelligence and workforce insights, presenting recommendations that support informed hiring and future capability planning.




- Build trusted relationships and influence outcomes, navigating competing priorities and evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Champion internal mobility and career development opportunities while balancing external attraction strategies to secure the best talent outcomes.

About you

You're a commercially minded Talent Attraction professional who thrives on building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes in complex environments. Confident partnering with senior leaders, you're comfortable providing strategic advice, challenging thinking and navigating ambiguity to deliver great talent outcomes.

You bring a collaborative, adaptable and customer-focused approach that reflects Australia Post's One Team culture and are energised by connecting great people with meaningful opportunities.

You'll also have

- Experience using recruitment technology, data analytics and AI-powered tools to enhance sourcing strategies, improve processes and deliver valuable talent insights.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Business Partner within an internal TA function, RPO or agency environment.

- Demonstrated success recruiting senior, specialist and leadership roles using diverse sourcing and attraction strategies.
- Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen, with the ability to leverage talent trends and data to inform hiring decisions and workforce planning.




- Well-developed analytical and reporting skills, including interpreting recruitment data and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish credibility and collaborate effectively with hiring leaders and HR partners.
