The Company:
An leading and growing healthcare organisation operating within the pharmaceutical industry, providing specialised and customised medicine solutions to healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers.
With continued growth across Australia, they are expanding their commercial team and seeking a Business Development Executive to develop their presence across Queensland.

The Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
This is a predominantly field-based role focused on educating healthcare professionals, developing new relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the territory.
Rather than traditional single-product detailing, you will work across a broad portfolio and have solution-focused conversations with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop relationships with GPs, healthcare professionals and pharmacy customers
- Educate healthcare professionals on customised pharmaceutical solutions




- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory
- Build awareness and engagement within the healthcare community
- Connect healthcare professionals with relevant pharmacy partners
- Collaborate closely with internal sales and commercial teams
- Manage your own territory, schedule and customer activity

Your Skills & Experience:

- 1-2 years pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sales experience
- Science, health or pharmaceutical-related degree
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience engaging doctors or healthcare professionals highly regarded
- Compounding or personalised medicine experience advantageous
- Creative, curious and comfortable working with autonomy
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Current driver's licence and comfortable working predominantly on the road
