To be successful you must have the following:

- Previous experience as an Estimator within commercial building
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, subcontractor pricing and project risk




- Experience pricing projects from $5M – $50M+
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and services documentation
- Experience with CostX & Buildsoft highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a similar discipline will be highly regarded
