They’re featured in social content, behind-the-scenes reels, styling videos, and in-store moments that make our online community feel like insiders. Day to day, you’ll:

· Bring the energy during our busiest trading period and help create an incredible in-store experience

· Delight every single customer, every single time and help them find the perfect TSC goodies (and gifts!)

· Use your entrepreneurial spirit and bring ideas to the table that will help elevate the in-store experience for our community

· Support your Store Manager and wider team with energy, initiative and genuine team spirit

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

· Are a natural people-person with a warm, conversational style

· Love the energy and pace of busy retail environments

· Have a “glass-half-full” mindset and love finding solutions

· Are confident connecting with customers—both in person and online

· Have retail experience (even better if you’ve worked in high-vibe or design-led brands)

· Are comfortable flying solo when needed, but love being part of a team

· Have versatile availability throughout our peak seasonal period, including weekends, weekdays and key trading dates

· Are curious, driven, and always ready to grow
